Miss Perrie, a beauty in white. It’s not often that, as an Omaha newborn photographer, I shoot one of these precious newborns in ‘all white’. I’m not sure why I decided to go that direction during this session, but I’m certainly glad that I did. She was such a joy to work with, which in newborn photography terms means that she had a full belly and was tired! If a newborn meets those two criteria during our session, the time spent is soooo much easier and more productive for everyone (that means for baby, mom and me, the photographer). Perrie really looked great in every pose she was in and yes, I did photograph her in a variety of other color and texture combinations, but this, to me, was definitely the favorite. As someone who provides a lot of the newborn photography for new parents in Omaha, NE, I could tell stories for hours about all the fun (and funny) times I’ve had during newborn sessions. A lot of soon to be moms ask what they need to bring to the newborn session. The answer is…just bring yourself and your new bundle of joy. My studio is set up to take care of you, so you don’t have to worry about a thing. I own literally hundreds (thousands?) of fabrics, headbands, blankets and wraps that we can use to pose your new treasure. At the point in time that we photograph your new baby, you’ve likely had a fairly stressful week or two leading up to the session and I want you to come in, relax and enjoy the experience, you deserve it! If you know of anyone with a new baby on the way who is looking for an Omaha newborn photographer please ask them to call me at 402-916-9300 to discuss how I can best serve them with my photography services!
